I totally agree with Titanya!!! This is a perfect tool to use when you need some strengthening of your diaphragm muscles to help with the gastrointestinal concerns/issues she mentioned. Again, something easy to do.. only 3-5 times a day! Make sure to hold your diaphragm as you breathe in, hold and then breathe out. It helps me to feel myself breathing and feeling the relaxing and tensing of the powerful diaphragm!
